Onsite Operations

We place an onsite manager at your event location to oversee and coordinate all different activities within Travel and Transport, thus ensuring that all relevant information and data are communicated and shared with all relevant parties. In more fully integrating a partnering process, we can deliver greater costs efficiencies, improved productivity, and higher quality performance to achieve the highest quality for your event.

• Arrival and departure management (airports, ports, etc.)
• Management and operation of air and ground transport
• Switch between organizer, local organizing committee, security, provider and target group
• Coordination of information flow between organizer, local organizing committee, provider and target group, and internal divisions/provider, e.g. accommodation, protocol, competition, venue transport manager, security
• Onsite training
• Operation advisory function to the organizer and local organizing committee and/or provider
